Messages posted to the Studentpad Message board are monitored. We do try to ensure that only genuine messages from other students find their way onto the board; however, we cannot completely safeguard the board against abuse by scammers.

You must, therefore, remain vigilant when using our message board and respond with caution. You are strongly advised not to part with any money until you are satisfied that any accommodation offered is genuine by viewing the property in person
